adidas continues its partnership with Disney with an all new under-the-sea collection. The latest collaboration brings the iconic character Ursula into a whole new look.
As a staple of ’90’s pop culture, The Little Mermaid remains one of the most recognizable animated movies. Now, Nostalgia meets innovation in the latest iteration of the adidas Ozweego. Adequately named, this “Ursula” interpretation takes on a subtle and eco-friendly approach to the classic aquatic character. Made from sustainable dye technology, the process helps conserve the environment by reducing energy, water, and chemical use.
In contrast to its character reference, the Little Mermaid x adidas Ozweego “Ursula” takes on a simple Non Dyed/Chalk White approach with a superimposed tentacle print on its lateral panels. The silhouette is completed with a branded tongue and an image of the iconic character in its interior accompanied by a quote.
