Though never released way back when following design conception, the Air Jordan Sky High became famous nonetheless. It was tester shoe. A “what could have been” sort of shoe. One that helped set course for all that would come after.

Originally crafted in 1989 just before the Air Jordan 4 was birthed, the Air Jordan Sky High OG seen here tinkered (pun fully intended) with logo branding, what worked and what didn’t. Ultimately Jordan Brand would shelf the shoe, only to release it years later, and again, now.
