Sneaker releases have changed and adapted over the years from making prospective customers kickflip in order to purchase Nike SB Dunks to Michael Jordan trivia to buy Jordans, and now Augmented Reality has entered the chat.
The Better Generation has teamed up with ZLife AR Survival for a Zombie-themed release of the Nike Dunk Low “Georgetown”. Customers will be competing with one another for a chance to purchase said Nike Dunk Lows and will need to fight off zombies using the ZLife AR Survival app. After signing up for their size, scores will be tallied up and players will the highest scores will be able to purchase the sneakers in their respective sizes.
The event will begin on October 23rd at 9 AM CST and end at 11:59 PM CST. More details can be seen on The Better Generation’s website and the Nike Dunk Low “Georgetown” will retail for $100 and be available in sizes 6-14 in Men’s.
