For Taka Hayashi’s upcoming run of sneaker for Vans Vault, the Japanese-American artist and designer is giving the classic silhouette a boat shoe makeover, courtesy of a moccasin toe. The 106 MOC TH LX will drop in two colorways, black and Mahogany, in varying constructions. The former makes use of premium leather and sports a suede collar, while the latter uses nubuck as a majority and leather on its collar. Both kicks should be at your local Vault account later this spring.
