Over the years we’ve seen quite a few collabs from this dynamic duo, but the new Stray Rats x New Balance 991 might be their best yet. With a blend of deep earthy browns and purple hues, this sneaker is effortlessly cool. This shoe is apart of a larger pack, that also includes a similar black pair.
This edition of the New Balance 991 is constructed with intricate overlays of nubuck and smooth suede. The base has a deep plum color while the overlays have contrasting shades of brown and tan. The signature New Balance “N” glows in a luminescent green and yellow combo. Bright green lining can be seen on the inside of the sneaker. The midsole has a two-tone design with parts in silver and purple. Finishing details include brown laces and an embroidered “Stray” logo on the forefoot.
