Salehe Bembury and New Balance have officially revealed their collaborative New Balance 574 “Yurt” Collection in 4 distinct colorways and we’ll take a detailed look at each colorway of the upcoming collection that looks like it takes inspiration from national parks and reserves on the western part of the US.

Salehe Bembury x New Balance 574 “Yurt” in Grey

The first colorway that was previewed in the collection feature a classic 574 colorway taking inspiration from Antelope Valley. Grey mesh and suede make up the sneaker with white accenting throughout. The beefed-up midsole feature New Balance’s ABZORB SBS cushioned foam in white with the teeth-like detailing in grey. This colorway is dropping on October 22nd on Newbalance.com and at select retailers for $150.

Salehe Bembury x New Balance 574 “Yurt” Sequoia National Park

The second colorway that was previewed was a more dynamic colorway this time taking inspiration from Sequoia National Park. This colorway uses neutral tones with dynamic pink, purple, and maroon. With purple and gold appearing on the white midsole. This colorway is set to drop on October 22nd on Newbalance.com and at select retailers for $150.

The third pair in the collection features white suede and mesh on the upper with pink and purple used again as accenting. The editorial features a snowy aesthetic, taking inspiration from Utah’s mountainous ranges and powdery snowfall.

Lastly, the fourth pair is inspired by Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve and drops the neutral and earthy tones for a bright teal mesh and suede on the upper. Bright blue and yellow are used as accenting on the N logo and on the medial mudguard respectively.
