Reebok continues to bring out classic basketball models such as the Answer IV, and Shawn Kemp’s Kamikaze II line is one of them. The Kamikaze II Low “Alert Yellow” is sure to stand out like yellow raincoats in rain Seattle, where Kemp played his prime NBA years.
The bright “Alert Yellow” stands out on the middle and back of the upper as well as the tongue with the iconic zig-zags the Kamikaze II is known for in black leather overlaid with contrast stitching. A grey suede makes up the rest of the upper which adds softness yet contrast to the shoe.
The classic Reebok Vector can be seen on the lateral side of the toebox as well as the heel and tongue. The Kamikaze II Low uses a lightweight EVA midsole and the honeycomb-inspired Hexalite cushioning in the heel for impact protection.
