In celebration of International Women’s Day, Reebok is releasing a women’s exclusive Instapump Fury. The latest iteration is the first of many dropping in Reebok’s annual collection celebrating women everywhere.
This year’s theme is inspired by Philadelphia artist Distortedd, although the artist isn’t directly linked to the collection. Nonetheless, her influence is found on the silhouette with “IT’S A MAN’S WORLD” crossed out on the insoles and “UNITED BY DIFFERENCE” embroidered on the tongue. Each of these phrases and branding techniques can be found in each of her artworks.
Switching to the design elements, the offering is dressed in an earth-like upper with accents of the volt, light blue, and coral blue. Other design elements include a Reebok’s game-changing pump system on the tongue finished off with Reebok branding on the heel.
