Puma Reaches into the Archives to Revive the Disc System Weapon OG

With many brands working to hone their craft, Puma has made incredibly efforts to stand out. The signing of polarizing rookie Lamelo Ball and hip-hop superstar J. Cole, along with releasing new innovative sneakers for hooping and lifestyle, have elevated the brand back into the mainstream. Reaching into their archives for another fun release, Puma looks to revive the 1983 Disc System Weapon OG.

The archived pair returns in three different iterations, including its OG “White/Black/Gold” makeup. All three pairs appear just as a 1983 sneaker would be expected to look like: high-cut, chunky, and busy. The 30-year-old Disc technology finds itself across the sneaker’s throat.
