For Spring/Summer 2021, New Balance has tapped Dao-Yi Chow of Public School fame for a collaborative “We Need Leaders” apparel and footwear range.
The upcoming New Balance “We Need Leaders” capsule comprises the New Balance 327 and FuelCell RC Elite, along with a lineup of both men’s and women’s performance-focused running apparel.
The New Balance 327, which saw a successful 2020, arrives in its signature synthetic and suede upper construction draped in navy hues. Accenting the “N” insignia is a green-to-white gradient, while the midsole and outsole combo keep with a similar color palette. In terms of branding “We Need Leaders” arrives on the medial wall, along with the “NB” logo.
On the other hand, the New Balance FuelCell RC Elite sports a knitted “Glacier Grey” upper embellished with green accents on the rear. The green hue additionally finds itself on the heel counter and midsole.
In terms of apparel items, the range will include joggers, tees, tanks, and hoodies in both “Eclipse Navy” and “Athletic Grey” color schemes.
Look for the New Balance “We Need Leaders” range to drop exclusively via the Greenhouse app on March 19, followed by releases on Foot Locker and Champs Sports on March 23. Prices range from $100 to $225.
