Today we started working on our Power Point presentations for Friday. We have to assemble it in a way that it will help explain our designs in a much easier way, other than just talking about it with no visuals. It should be straight to the point and easy to understand. I also have to mention that we will only have three minutes to present our design, this means that we can’t have a long and complicated slideshow.
Now that Tuesday is gone, we only have two more work days. I’m aiming to finish all the deliverables by Thursday at noon. This will give me time to practice my three-minute speech for Friday. This Power Point presentation can be the key to see who will win or not, because you might have the best design ever, but if you don’t have a good presentation, yours audience will not understand your design. The best part of this process is watching everybody helping each other. We all want to be the champion, but we still try to help each other. We all started as 30 kids who didn’t know each other (most of us didn’t know each other), but we grew into a big group of friends. It’s awesome to see that no matter where you are from, the person right next to you will give you a hand when you need it. Pensole does not only build great designers, it also creates families. And this families include all the people that come into the studio to see our work or to give us advices. I’m truly grateful for opportunity of being part of this family.
