The fourth and final installment in the Nike and Patta collaboration is finally available to check out, as pictures of more than just the tongue have been released. Like the first two pairs released, the Chlorophyll and Purple pairs, these rely on simple color blocking and material selection to make them special. As you can see, the uppers are entirely black with the exception the white canvas Swoosh. The lower portion of the upper and mid-panel are both done in heavy-duty woven canvas, while a ballistic nylon weave covers the toe and area near the ankle where normal Air Max 1s normally feature mesh. Don’t overlook the matching metal eyelets, either. The gum outsole under the white midsole really set these off, while a bright green is used on the Air Max bag, eyelets and heel and tongue branding. These will be available December 18th at Patta’s new District 5 shop. |
