Diadora’s Olympic inspired collection persists through a new union with New Jersey-based Packer Shoes.
This upcoming release of “From Seoul to Rio” sees Packer and Diadora pulling inspiration directly from the Olympic rings logo, with the Diadora Intrepid styled in royal blue, red, orange and green accents across the form-stripes. Much of the shoe smartly elects for a noir sensibility to further expose the contrasts at the tongue branding, stripes and the additional set of multi-colored laces.
The most alluring feature, though, certainly starts and ends with the insole. Here, world flags are littered throughout the one-piece making for a unique collage-like feature to the already fresh and innovative style.
The Packer Shoes x Diadora Intrepid “From Seoul to Rio” will be limited to 500 pairs and releases this Saturday, August 20, for $180 in-store and online.
