Although his OVO x Jordan Brand partnership is almost at an end, with an impending deal with adidas looming, Drake’s current deal continues to bear fruit. His affiliation with the Kentucky Wildcats and coach John Calipari has always been one of interest and general weirdness — largely given Drake has no regional allegiance to the team. Yet, given it birthed the Air Jordan 8 “Calipari” Pack, we tend to let it slide.
Sadly, that pack may never see the light of day given the adidas partnership. At least not in traditional form with OVO branding. To that end, a new OVO x Air Jordan 14 “Kentucky” PE has surfaced and it may have been shelved even before we knew it existed.
Dressed in Kentucky home whites, blue accents color the low-cut Air Jordan 14 which also highlights OVO branding at the heel and the owl logo at the tongue’s midsection.
Little is known of this OVO x Kentucky Air Jordan PE aside from the fact that we don’t expect a retail release of any kind.
