When we showed you the Nike Zoom Kobe V “Draft Day” last week, there was both positive and negative comments on this sneaker. However, if you’re one of those that covet this sneaker, you will be happy to know that Nike will unleash it some time in May. At a first glance, you may remember this colorway from the Zoom Kobe IV “Draft Day” this past summer (the Kobe IV featured the wrong draft date though). Both are inspired by the Charlotte Hornets, the team that first drafted Kobe in 1996. This sneaker possesses a primarily white colored base with multiple sections of teal, namely the translucent outsole, the heel panel and the reptile textured swoosh/tongue. Also, purple details are seen on the inner lining, the shoelaces and border of the tongue. Is this a must-have later this year? Click here to view more photos. |
