Although the UCONN men’s basketball team officially ended their season last night, there is much more to cheer about in Storrs. The UCONN lady Huskies are currently one of, if not the best college basketball team ever assembled. They continue their quest for the title tonight all while wearing this new Nike Hyperdunk iD. The UCONN women’s Hyperdunk is very similar to the men’s Nike iD Hyperdunk UConn PE we showed you last week; however the women’s iDs have a few distinctive attributes. For example, UCONN’s ‘C’ logo overlays a basketball on the tongue, while the the year 1989 is seen on the inside of the tongue. This represents the 16 Big East tournament titles UCONN has won since then. As for the color makeup, this shoe features a primarily navy blue base with a gradient deisign seen on the side panels.
