This past weekend, Nike and Sole Collector joined forces to host a special event highlighting Nike’s latest silhouette, the Nike Zoom Rookie. The event, which was held at Nike Las Vegas, was created to bring light to the special, exclusive five-pack of Nike Zoom Rookies that released this past weekend. An abundance of sneakerheads made their way to the event for the special release and to see one of the more celebrated players to ever play (before the injuries), Penny Hardaway. He showed up wearing a never-before-seen, all-blue Nike Zoom Rookie; however, that was only a part of the many surprises seen at the event. Nike unveiled a 2012 Foamposite One preview, which features a volt colored Foamposite One, the all-red pair we showed you earlier today and others.
