Nike SB and Nyjah Houston have tapped artist Samborghini for a collaboration on Nyjah’s second signature Nike SB sneaker, the Njyah Free 2.
The Nyjah Free 2 uses a black rubber and royal blue mesh upper for durability and breathability with the design of the sneaker inspired by the Nike Zoom Spiridon. Silver piping is seen throughout with the Swoosh coming in silver as well. Samborghini’s graphics are seen in red on the medial and lateral heel, with a mini Swoosh seen on the lateral toebox as well. The sneaker also features a ghillie lacing system with lace loops using 3M reflective accents.
The Nyjah Free 2 comes with a white Free-inspired midsole for flexibility, with the outsole using a groove pattern that constricts and expands as your foot moves. The internal ¾ bootie gives a better fit, and the insoles come with a Samborghini graphic of a panther with a Swoosh in its mouth.
The Nike SB Nyjah Free 2 x Samborghini will drop on June 5th on Nike.com and Nike SB skateshops for $95. In other Nike SB news, a second Familia x Nike SB Dunk collaboration is on the way.
