Yesterday afternoon, we received word that Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback Michael Vick re-negotiated a deal with Nike. Vick’s agent Joel Segal stated that, “Michael Vick has has a great relationship with Nike and is excited to be part of the Nike team again.“ However, following the aforementioned news, Nike has clarified the official negotiations it has with Vick. KeJuan Wilkins of Nike released a statement pertaining to this matter that states, ?Nike does not have a contractual relationship with Michael Vick. We have agreed to supply product to Michael Vick as we do a number of athletes who are not under contract with Nike.? What is your opinion to this updated news on Michael Vick and Nike? |
