Since its debut, the Nike LeBron X “What the MVP” has been loaded with intrigue but scarce on details. Today, we find out that the celebratory sneakers are scheduled to launch sooner than we think, but in very limited fashion. The Nike LeBron X “What the MVP” will release via raffle this Friday at UNKNWN in Miami.
In addition to the South Beach boutique, the LeBron X “What the MVP” will also launch at select House of Hoops locations via sweepstakes. The release will be in store only, with launch policy dependent on location. Perspective buyers can find out which HoH stores will stock the shoes via the site’s launch locator. As of now, only four locations (Chicago, Miami, NYC and LA) are listed. Sweepstakes tickets will be handed out on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, with winners being notified by phone on Thursday. Nike Store has announced that Niketown locations in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC will also carry the LeBron X “What the MVP”. It was also reiterated that they will not be available online.
