If you follow sneakers religiously, you’re well aware of the ascension of Jason Petrie and his involvement with Nike Basketball. From his Nike Talk days to giving new life to The King’s signature shoe line, Petrie is a solidified household name in the sneaker game.

Petrie showcased an unreleased Nike LeBron 8 as a part of the #BringOutDaBrons in celebration of The Decision’s anniversary. The dubbed Nike LeBron 8 “Vac Tech” is a winterized boot that meshed luxury and comfort for both on and off the court. According to Petrie himself, the pair was made in the chance that LeBron would stay in Cleveland. Since LeBron decided to take his talents to South Beach, the super-limited shoe (250 pairs in total) was scrapped.

Take a detailed look at perhaps the only pair in existence below. Would you have wanted Nike to release these? Let us know on social media.
