Following King James’ wear of the “Heart of a Lion” Nike LeBron 12 in the Cavs preseason opener last night, we take a look at another upcoming colorway of the two-time NBA Champion’s latest shoe. The “Six Meridians” Nike LeBron 12 is inspired by the massage therapy component of James’ training recovery and preparation. Nike Basketball drew creativity from reflexology, an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on application of pressure to the different points of the body (meridians) with specific finger and hand techniques.
Of the seven upcoming LeBron 12 colorways that have been seen, the “Six Meridians” pair is undoubtedly the most vibrant. Bright Orange mesh dominates the upper, while Volt, Game Royal and Magnet Grey are seen on the MegaFuse sections of the shoe. The “Six Meridians” was initially scheduled to release on November 29th, but due to the small cosmetic issue with some of the LeBron 12 that was announced last week, no new release details have surfaced.
