Along with an all-white “Halo” Nike Kobe 9 Elite, Nike Basketball will also be dropping the silhouette’s matching low-cut counterpart, the Kobe 9 EM, just in time for next year’s Kobe Day. The beloved silhouette, which marked Kobe’s ninth signature with the Swoosh, was originally unveiled in Los Angeles on December 4th, 2013.
Although no images have surfaced as of yet, the upcoming Nike Kobe 9 EM “Halo” iteration will boast a clean, all-white colorway. The pair’s engineered mesh upper is elevated with monochromatic, embroidered Swoosh insignias for a cohesive appearance. Following in the all-white theme is the Lunarlon-cushioned midsole and Kobe’s signature on the lateral heel.
The Nike Kobe 9 EM “Halo” will release on August 23, 2024, at select Nike Basketball retailers and Nike.com.
