Following an all-white “Halo” Nike Kobe 8 Protro this past August, Nike Basketball will be following that up with a matching Kobe 9 Elite for August 2024. The Kobe 9 Elite will release on Kobe Day alongside the Nike Kobe 9 EM “Halo” as well.
The fan-favorite silhouette, which was Kobe’s ninth signature, was originally released in 2015. Although no images have surfaced as of yet, the upcoming Nike Kobe 9 Elite “Halo” iteration will feature updated tech and modern materials dressed in the aforementioned all-white color scheme.
The pair’s leather and threaded upper follow in the monochromatic scheme, while down below is a black carbon fibre plate. Further elevating the pair are the embroidered Swooshes and Kobe logos on the tongues.
The Nike Kobe 9 Elite “Halo” will drop on August 23, 2024, at select Nike Basketball retailers and Nike.com.
