The Nike Doernbecher collection is a tradition that philanthropists and sneaker enthusiasts are well aware of. For the last 16 years, OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital patients have had the opportunity to bring their journey and passions to life with sneakers that inspire us.

The Doernbecher Freestyle collection has raised nearly $30 million to benefit the hospital due in part to the unique colorways across signature models within the Nike vault.

Unfortunately, this year’s Doernbecher Freestyle collection has been postponed following an official statement from OHSU.

In collaboration with our partners at Nike, we have decided to postpone the 2020 Doernbecher Freestyle program and event. It is our hope to debut the Freestyle XVII collections in spring 2021. Thank you for your continued support of Doernbecher and the Doernbecher Freestyle program.

Stay tuned here at Nice Kicks as we hope to hear more about the collection’s forthcoming release.
