Nike Footwear Design Director Jesse Leyva is no stranger to this site. As an integral member of the design team that’s put together some of the most original sneakers in history, we’re more familiar with Jesse’s work than we realize.
Jesse sat down with Complex‘s Bradley Carbone to assemble a list of his favorite 50 sneakers ever. While we’ve seen lists from sneakerheads like Mayor, and even Nike collaborator DJ Clark Kent, this is our first list given from a true insider’s perspective. There a lot of under-the-radar releases that many of you will recognize from your earlier days as a sneakerhead.
