With Victor Cruz set to return to the New York Giants in Week 4 of the thus far oddly unpredictable NFL season, his first signature shoe, the Nike Air Trainer V Cruz, apparently won’t be far behind.
Originally reported that the shoe would debut in an all-red colorway that debuted months back, that release has been pushed for reasons Nike is yet to explain. In its place is a new colorway, one that comes dressed in predominately black suede base with Tour Yellow and Bright Crimson accents throughout.
Aesthetically, the Air Trainer V Cruz is set to the tone of a midfoot strap. speckled midsole and translucent outer. “Dances To Greatness” also lines the insole while another strap at the heel caps the look.
