Along with the return of the Air Max 1 ’86 “Big Bubble”, Nike is also set to debut an all-new silhouette on Air Max Day 2023.
According to Complex, the new model will be dubbed the Nike Air Max Pulse and features a protruding heel bubble that looks similar to the Air Max 270. On the other hand, the upper and midsole take on a whole new design language. It’s also believed the Air Max unit will use a point-loaded system for targeted weight distribution.
Other notable details on the upcoming Nike Air Max Pulse is the textile wrapping on the back half, a mesh construction, a reflective back tab, as well as new “Air Max” branding.
