Nike has a new recipe for success with the Air Max Pre-Day “Oatmeal.” This delectable colorway comes after the announcement of the Air Max Pre-Day “Purple Dawn” that was announced earlier this year.
This offering of the Air Max is an update on the sneaker’s classic silhouette. Oddly enough, it takes pieces from the late-1970’s model and present day models to create a design that is uniquely brand new. This sneaker is apart of Nike’s Move-to-Zero series so it’s made of sustainable materials that include recycled polyester, synthetic suede, and a granulated rubber sole made from repurposed foam. The upper features “Oatmeal” and “Hemp” patchwork to create a layered look that compliments the black Nike Swoosh. However, the real show-stopper is the hallowed midsole that comes complete with the sneaker’s signature Air unit.
