Nike’s Air Max 95 Gets a “Raygun”-Indebted Outfit

To round out 2019, Nike dropped two SB Dunk Lows as part of a “Raygun Tie-Dye” pack. The pairs of sneakers were crafted to celebrate the Roswell Rayguns, a fictional ABA team that appeared on the small screen during commercial breaks.

Now, this upcoming Nike Air Max 95 is getting a “Raygun”-inspired outfit with its bright orange overlays. Unfortunately, the baseball-headed alien character is nowhere to be seen.

In terms of construction, this AM95 boasts a black mesh base and leather mudguards, while contrasting orange and red are used on the suede and leather wave overlays. Further elevating this offering is 3M reflective detailing on the lace loops and a black rubber outsole.
