For the past few years, Nike has begun to incorporate illustrations for its running line of shoes. In this latest iteration of the Air Max 90, Nike is experimenting with the doodle-like patterns continuing into the next decade.
First off, the latest AM-90 is made exclusively for the golf course as a closer look at the outsoles reveals a custom threading for the terrain. Moreover, the latest offering comes in a white upper with hues of pink on the panels and parts of the midsole and outsole. Other details include a drawing of an alien head on the tongue complete with a Swoosh logo and insoles with illustrations matching the silhouette’s upper.
