Woven and knit uppers are the latest and greatest from Nike, but the method used to create the upcoming Nike Air Max 90 Jacquard “Laser Crimson” is age-old. Intertwining the upper like a modern design, this Air Max 90 gets its inspiration from the jacquard weaving process from the 1800s that threads four colored yarns through a black base. Very intricate and detailed, the process produces a one-piece upper for a lighter and more flexible body. A slitted natural motion outsole makes this model more lightweight and dynamic, and the new “Laser Crimson” style code adds even more fire. Get a pair of these special edition updated classics on February 15th for $150.
