The 104th rendition of the PGA Championship gets started this week and to commemorate the second major of the 2022 season, Nike is dropping an Air Max 90 Golf rendition featuring homages and details for the event held at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, OK.
The sneaker features a white upper made up of mesh and Fuse overlays, with silver and gold accents throughout. Silver is seen on the eyestays and heeltab with gold seen on the Nike Air branding on the heeltab, Air Max branding on the mudguard, and on the heel wedge. The Swoosh is made out of what looks to be Nike’s grind rubber with the tongue tag featuring an interstate graphic with Nike and ’72 branding, the year Nike was founded. Lastly a white midsole and a black outsole featuring nubs for traction on the golf course.
