“Technically we ran these images last week, but since they drop this weekend they’re my staff pick. I’m a big fan of Don C. I haven’t bought any of the hats and I probably won’t be buying these, but I really like him and what he’s doing. He’s always had a good range of muses for his projects and it’s cool how when we watch NFL and NBA press conferences on ESPN documentaries years from now we’ll be seeing today’s stars wearing his hats.
I think these are great. I like the way Don dresses because it’s more just a collage of stuff he likes rather than trying to match. Theophilus brought him and Virgil by the office last year over SXSW and he bought some Air Jordan 4s from the vault and was a nice guy. Props to anybody that gets these, I’m excited to see them on people’s feet.”
