The University of Michigan’s partnership with Jordan Brand continues to play out both on the field and at retailers. It’s rumored that 2019 will play host to yet another Wolverines focused Air Jordan 12.
The first Air Jordan 12 “Michigan,” released earlier this summer and produced in partnership with Public School, was a hit if there ever was one. PSNY has been consistent in crafting exceptional iterations of the Air Jordan 12. Couple that with the beloved Wolverines palette and it’s hard to miss the mark.
Next year’s release — images haven’t been revealed and only renderings are available for viewing — will likely follow a similar fate as its predecessor. Grander hopes are that more silhouettes will don the Michigan colors, much like the PE Air Jordan 11 Low that didn’t release to the public.
Details surrounding the upcoming Air Jordan 12 “Michigan” are scarce at present time. However, the earliest reports pin the release for fall/winter 2019.
