After dominating 2020, footwear giant New Balance is hoping to end out 2021 with a bang as well. Set to drop during the current Fall/Winter 2021 season is an all-new colorway of the label’s racing-inspired XC-72 silhouette.
The aforementioned model has become somewhat of a trendsetter over the last few months and will now arrive in an autumnal “Dry Sage/Norway Spruce” outfit before the end of October. The forthcoming New Balance XC-72 “Dry Sage/Norway Spruce” boasts a tonal green makeover, seeing the titular hues dressing the sneaker’s leather and suede constructed upper.
Deviating slightly from the green theme is a slightly light blue color that runs down the tongue and through the length of the outsole. The streamlined silhouette is then elevated with a clean white signature “N” insignia on the mid-panels, matching midsole, and heel counter. Rounding out the final details is an aggressive gum outsole.
