After dominating 2020 with its lauded collaborations and highly-sought-after models, New Balance is kicking off 2021 on the right foot.
Along with a slew of upcoming collabs alongside Patta and size?, New Balance will also be looking to upgrade its classic models, including the 1500 which is set to receive a “Steel Blue” makeover.
The classic running silhouette gets a premium suede upgrade dressed in the titular hue. Elsewhere, dark navy strips and grey mesh help to elevate the sneaker’s reimaged look. To lighten it up a bit, white leather collars and a white ENCAP-assisted midsole (accented with a tri-colored outsole) round out the final details.
Look for the New Balance 1500 “Steel Blue” to release sometime this year. Keep it locked here for release and pricing notes.
