What Are Your Thoughts on the Sneaker Culture?
Brandon Gibson: “To be honest, it’s really hard to find shoes now-a-days. Guys that really want a shoe that re-releases may wait on it for like four or five years and then they can’t get their hands on it because re-sellers get their hands on it first.”
“Also, social media has taken over the landscape of sneakers as well, with the usage of bots and things of that nature. On one hand it’s pretty cool to see how big the culture has grown, but the way it has grown is actually kind of flawed. Hopefully one day it will return to the way it used to be. With people getting shot and killed over sneakers, that’s just a shame because honestly, they’re just sneakers.”
