Mr. Cartoon is no stranger is footwear and clothing collaborations, especially with Nike. The Los Angeles tattoo legend has created some heavily sought-after Air Force 1s in the past, but this time, Nike Sportswear asked him to help design three sneakers and some clothing for Team USA soccer, who will compete in the World Cup this summer. The first shoe we see is the Air Zoom Tiempo, which uses an all black colorway. Suede is utilized while leather makes up the rest of the upper. On the tongue, Mr. Cartoon drew out a script Nike tag in his signature handwriting. The next shoe we see is the Air Footscape Freemotion in black and white that surfaced awhile back. Finally, a black and white Lunar Hyper-Ventilate is included.The clothing items bear Cartoon’s signature prison tattoo-inspired logos, including a very cool take on the American Bald Eagle. |
