The New Melting Sadness x adidas Forum Exhibit Lows Are Sweeter Than Honey

As far as new talent goes, adidas isn’t afraid to take risks. Whether it’s welcoming on Kanye and his wild Yeezy dreams all those years ago, or bringing Kerwin Frost onboard — adidas always knows when they got a good thing going. Over the years, the various Melting Sadness collabs have proved to be another top contender of the many zany sneakers on adidas’ roster. To keep the momentum going, the Chinese streetwear-label returns with the Melting Sadness x adidas Forum Exhibit Low.

This edition of the adidas Forum Exhibit Low looks super sweet in honey-yellow velvet that runs along the toecap and heel counter. This shade of honey-yellow is also featured on the interchangeable ankle straps and shoelaces. The toebox and adidas Three-Stripes are filled with plush beige material. This fur-like texture nods to the brown leather dog design on the heel counter, that has honeycomb-esque shapes. To complete the look, the sneaker is finished with corduroy overlays, knitted quarters, and leather accents.

The Melting Sadness x adidas Forum Exhibit Low is set to release on October 29, 2021. You’ll be able to purchase these sneakers from adidas Japan, via online and select stores.
