BAPE is no stranger to collaborations and teamed up with Marvel for a Bapesta collection back in 2005 and they’re running it back for a new collection in 6 different colorways dropping later this year.
Dropping in respective colorways for Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, and Rocket Racoon, all featuring patent leather on the upper and overlays with the superhero appearing on the left lateral heel and MARVEL branding on the right. The STA logo accents each sneaker with BAPE branding also seen on the midsole and most likely on the tongue tag. Like the 2005 collection, an action figure-inspired packaging is used for the collaborative collection featuring comic book illustrations and co-branding throughout.
