Reebok has tapped French luxury label Maison Margiela to put an iconic spin on its Classic Leather silhouette. Dubbed the Maison Margiela x Reebok Classic Leather Tabi, the forthcoming collaborative sneaker receives Margiela’s Tabi-toed look.
Following a January debut, the sneaker is set to return this week in both a stealthy black and fresh white colorway. Each pair stays true to its tonal look, albeit for the co-branded Margiela/Reebok tongue tabs.
In terms of construction, the model is built from supple Nappa leather and features an EVA foam midsole. But it’s the sneaker’s split-toed take that will have both fashion lovers and sneakerheads vying to get their hands on a pair. Each pair additionally comes with a pair of Tabi socks.
The Maison Margiela x Reebok Classic Leather Tabi will release in “Black” and “White” via Maison Margiela and Reebok webstores on February 26. Each pair will retail for $300 USD.
