Maison Margiela and Reebok have began to find their stride, providing classic sportswear silhouettes a luxurious makeover. With the Classic Leather Tabi, both brands found their ethos, reflected through the sneaker’s long history with both sport and leisure while also implementing the luxury brand’s creative techniques. The French designer juggernaut’s latest collaborative effort finds the ’85 silhouette dressed in beige.
Alongside its Club C brother, the Classic Leather has received an innovative rebuild. This Classic Leather displays a split-toe upper made popular by Maison Margiela in 1988. Elsewhere, deconstructive design elements strip the Beige sneaker down to its’ core roots.
