The interjection between cars and sneakers is nothing new. This notion acts as a testament to Nike SB’s efforts as seen previously with its Nike SB Dunk Low “Gulf” iteration. Much like its predecessor, the latest Magnus Walker x Nike SB Dunk High uses yet another Porsche as inspiration.

The former fashion designer is an avid car enthusiast. As one of the most recognizable Porsche collectors–widely known for his love of the Porsche 911–his infatuation reaches new heights with the latest Nike Sb collaboration. His 1971 Porsche 911 T “277” serves as the inspiration for the Magnus Walker x Nike SB Dunk High. In its design, the silhouette parallels the cars paint job offering a unique and elegant look.

Composed of White, Red and Blue color hues, the model reflects its reference perfectly. It also includes an ‘aged’ Sail colorway throughout its leather quarters and mudguards giving the pair a vintage look. Other notable characteristics include a Red canvas toe box, piping, heels, and a segment of its outsole. A Blue Swoosh alongside laces, tongue label, and front portion of the sole act as a subtle contrast to the Magnus Walker x Nike SB Dunk High. In addition, the collaboration features a Red “277” number superimposed on its lateral heel while a “Nike” logo mimics the Porsche font within the midsole.

While no official information is available, we can expect a release later this year through Nike.com and select skate shops.
