Tonight, the final season of LOST begins with a 2-hour premiere. Though this new shoe is too late to make our Sneaker Geeks: TV Show Inspired Sneakers list, Supra has actually paired up with ABC to pay tribute to the kick-off episode on a very limited Vaider. Only 50 of these shoes were produced for the cast and crew, though 17 were made available at the Factory413 store today at noon. Any remaining pairs will be available tonight at 9 PM PST at the online store, which corresponds with the beginning of the show. The shoe itself is composed of white crackled leather. Metallic gold is used on the ankle panel, tongue and trim around the heel. “Razzle” and “Dazzle” were appear on the left and right shoes, respectively, as an allusion to episode 14 of season 3. In that episode, we learn that “Razzle Dazzle” is a reference to the Australian TV show “Expos?” that one of the LOST characters was on before they were stranded on the island. Along with the shoes, a script signed by writers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz and an “Expos?” crew mug will be included. |
