It’s clear now that the budding star’s talents are more than just hype, and that talent is the reason Puma has invested everything in the lengthy point guard’s fashion and footwear. After months of potential rumors, LaMelo was finally seen wearing his signature sneaker during the Summer League.
This first iteration of the MB.01 features a mid-cut profile in combination with red/orange color scheme. The sneaker alludes to LaMelo’s raw athleticism through subtle wording, including “1 of 1” and “Not from Here” branding displayed on the upper, as previously hinted in the sneaker’s initial unveiling.
