At the end of last week, the NBA kicked off its annual “Green Week” in which that partner with the National Resource Defense Council (NDRC) to raise awareness for protecting the environment. Jordan Brand seems to big supporter of “Green Week” as they provided Carmelo Anthony with a white/green Jordan Melo M6 for last Friday’s game against the Portland Trailblazers. In addition, Jordan Brand supplied Dwyane Wade with a “Green Week” Air Jordan as well. Check out today’s Kicks On Court to see Wade’s “Green Week” PE.
In a win against the Philadelphia 76ers, Dwyane Wade laced up a white/green Air Jordan 2010 for the NBA’s “Green Week”. This particular Air Jordan 2010 simply features an primarily white colored base with minimal green hints on the sole, window border, shoelaces and tongue branding. Wade’s teammate, Quentin Richardson, also supported Green Week by installing green shoelaces in his “Silver Anniversary” Air Jordan 11s.
