Nike Air Zoom Generation
If there was one shoe that I would love to see return, it would have to be the Nike Air Zoom Generation. I remember being in 6th grade and witnessing the talents of LeBron during his first official NBA game in Sacramento and immediately becoming a fan of the shoe and player. It seemed as if the sneaker meshed so perfectly with the new wine and gold uniforms of the Cavaliers; and the modern aesthetic of the sneaker really captured my affinity.
It also didn’t hurt that Nike provided us with some memorable ads to market the Nike Air Zoom Generation; one commercial in particular involved the late great Bernie Mac. That commercial is definitely one of my favorite ads of all-time.
