The late Alexander McQueen constructed some very nice collaborative efforts with Puma to say the least. However, Puma is set to reveal some other designs that designed with the help of other designers. With that said, take a look at the Kehinde Wiley x Puma 917 Mid Mame. World-famous designer Kehinde Wiley designed this peculiar sneaker in honor of the upcoming 2010 World Cup. Supposedly, it draws most of inspiration from Africa’s icons, colors and most of all, it is an extension of Africa’s spirit. The off-white base overlayed by blue bird-like figurines, while a faded, rainbow-like coloration appears on the ankle strap and toe cap. What are your thoughts on this one-of-a-kind design?
