South Korean design label Kanghyuk partners with Reebok to deliver a duo of collaborative sneakers. This pack features two different pairs of the Kanghyuk x Reebok Classic Leather. This sneaker pack is the follow-up to the KANGHYUK x Reebok Premier Road Modern Mid that dropped in 2020.
Coming in variations of “Collegiate Royal Blue” or “White/Primal Red,” this collection brings to life Kanghyuk’s automotive inspirations. This edition of the Reebok Classic Leather balances the different aesthetics of both brands through discovery and experimentation of new designs and materials. Kanghyuk hoped to bring a modern take of utilitarian wear to Reebok’s classic approach. Industrial products such as airbags, served as a major point of inspiration for Kanghyuk. This can be seen on the Reebok Classic Leather with features like woven labels, a foam backer, zigzag stitching, and a co-branded sock liner.
Both colorways of the Kanghyuk x Reebok Classic Leather will be available in unisex sizing. The “Collegiate Royal Blue” edition will be available exclusively at Dover Street Market London beginning February 5th, and the “White/Primal Red” colorway will be available on Reebok.com and other, select retailers beginning February 11th.
